Trade in and Buy Back Prices

Trade-in prices are based on market estimation only and actual valuations are based on site inspection (prices will be based on several factors such as cosmetic defects, warranty, original accessories, original box etc).Thus please bring down the entire set to our location to obtain an accurate trade in price of your mobile phones or tablets. As for brand new set, do bring along the original receipt for verification. To any other models not listed, do feel free to call or whatsapp us.

Prices are subject to change at any time of the day due to market fluctuation and we reserve the rights to reject any devices accordingly (for instance, water damaged, LCD replaced sets, Sets that has been repaired by an unauthorized service center and/or non working devices)

Please kindly Look Through the following pointers in order to avoid misunderstanding 

1. Trade in means exchanging for another device in our shop

2. We will deduct $40 for each device if you do not wish to do a trade in for our device. (i.e Trade In Price $840, just by selling will be $840-$40 = $800).

3. Brand new unactivated Apple iPhone basically refers to sets that are NOT opened to check for condition. If the set has been opened for inspection, it is considered as an activated set and prices will be deducted accordingly. Sets that are activated for more than three days can totally disregard the referenced price from the list below and contact us for a more accurate price quoting. 

4. Original Receipt or softcopy PDF with date and IMEI (Photocopy is not allowed) are needed for brand new sets that are not dated for more than three days from  the date of purchase(Please notify us if you have more than 3 sets to sell as we need to prepare the cash for you thanks)

5. Used phone quoted prices below are based on best physical conditions(it must include original box with the same IMEI, charger and cable, in some special circumstances, earphones are needed too eg.$20 will be deducted for each item if not available ,for specific models that earpiece are in rarity to replace, there shall be $30-$180 deductible)

6. Definition of Brand New is not been used before nor charge and test beforehand and including the accessories to be in original state

7. Exchange set from local service centre is considered Used Set.

8. Buy-back price is subject to change without prior notice and shall be applicable at the time of transaction at our shop.

9. We reserve the right to reject any offers at our sole discretion without giving any specific reasons.

10. Deduction for various identified flaws/damages will be levied: 

Scratches on device: Deduct $20.00 to $100.00 (depending on condition)

Dent on device: Deduct $40.00 to $120.00 (depending on condition)

Camera black spot: Deduct $50.00 to $70.00 (depending on condition)

LCD Scratches: Deduct $30.00 to $120.00 (depending on condition)

Battery Health: Below 90% deduct $20.00. Below 86% deduct $40.00

Battery Health Below 80% deduct $50.00

No Box: Deduct $40.00
